What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Benefits Coordinator position at Schell Games?
Schell Games is a highly talented group of artists, programmers, producers, and game designers led by game industry veteran Jesse Schell. We're the largest full-service education and entertainment game development company in the United States. Presently, we are focused on virtual reality, augmented reality, location-based experiences, and social games.
Do you like to work on innovative projects in a motivating, friendly atmosphere? Would you agree that games can engage and inspire?
If you answered "YES!" to both questions, you might be a fit for our studio!
The most important thing to know about Schell Games’ HR department is first and foremost, we’re here to help. Whether that is helping employees grow professionally, finding their next colleague, or taking care of the benefits and payroll details, we want to eliminate obstacles that keep studio members from being their best creative selves. When the studio as a whole is succeeding, it indicates we’re doing our jobs well!
Our top priority is people — you can’t have HR without the “Human” factor. Each person makes up a part of the culture at Schell Games and each new hire is an addition to that culture. Every decision we make — whether adding a new employee, benefit, training, or policy — has to be weighed in the perspective of benefiting not just one person, but improving the studio as a whole.
