We are hiring an Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team in Topeka. What does an Enhancement Crew Leader do?

Enhancement Crew Leaders lead our enhancement crews in the installation of landscapes, hardscapes, and drainage for residential and commercial customers. Their planning and organization combined with leading efficient and productive crews performing high-quality work ensure jobs are completed accurately, on time, and meet the customer’s expectations. Enhancement Crew Leaders play a vital role in providing our customers with the best experience possible.

What are the position requirements?

• Excellent daily attendance and punctual arrival
• Experience: One year of lawn or landscape experience
• Valid driver’s license without any major infractions within 3-5 years; position requires driving company vehicle to customer locations.
• Ability and desire to communicate with and interact with customers on a daily basis
• Ability and desire to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to project a professional image appropriate to the work environment and job responsibilities.
• Ability to set a pace and set an order of operations for each property
• Extensive knowledge of landscape and/or hardscape skills, including but not limited to seeding, sodding, planting, mulching, drainage, and construction of walls, patios, and walkways.
• Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment, including small construction equipment
• Ability to regularly stand, kneel or stoop for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 85 pounds
• Ability to speak English required; ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
