Key Responsibilities:
- Residential Custom Home Estimating – Review architectural blueprints, calculate material requirements, and generate accurate, detailed cost estimates for custom home projects.
- Customer Service – Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential clients, contractors, and architects to ensure clear communication and project success.
- Data Entry – Accurately input estimates into the system and convert them into active orders.
- Field Measuring – Conduct on-site measurements for custom home orders to ensure precision in material quantity and fit.
- Special Order Tracking – Manage special orders and track delivery timelines for custom home projects.
- Sales Representation – Represent contractor sales staff when needed, offering expert estimates and guidance for residential projects.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-year degree in Construction Technology or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in estimating for custom residential home projects is required.
- Expertise in blueprint reading, material calculations, and cost estimating for custom homes.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors.
- Proficiency in estimating software and systems used in the building materials industry.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
