Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will provide critical support to multiple Regional Sales Representatives, ensuring accurate and timely pricing estimates, technical sales assistance, and seamless coordination between sales, engineering, and production teams.
The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and adept at interpreting construction documents and technical specifications. This position requires independent work while maintaining close collaboration with internal teams and customers to provide exceptional service and accurate project estimates.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Technical Sales & Estimating Support
- Prepare and process technical and complex quote requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review construction documents, specifications, and blueprints to determine pricing and product compatibility.
- Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives, customers, and internal teams to identify optimal solutions and prepare competitive proposals.
- Utilize ERP systems, Excel, Salesforce (or similar CRM), CAD viewing software, and quoting tools to generate accurate pricing and estimates.
✅ Customer & Sales Support
- Act as a liaison between Regional Sales Representatives and factory support teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Provide technical product information and assist in defining the scope of work for customers and sales reps.
- Support customer service and technical support teams, including phone inquiries and project follow-ups.
✅ Marketing & Sales Coordination
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including trade shows, website content, brochures, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain and organize sales support documents, pricing sheets, and project files.
- Track and update profitability forecasts for existing project backlogs.
What You Bring to the Team
✔ Industry Experience: Background in sales estimating, manufacturing, construction, or technical sales is preferred.
✔ Technical Aptitude: Ability to interpret construction documents, specifications, and understand technical product details.
✔ Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong skills in pricing analysis, profitability forecasting, and cost estimation.
✔ Tech Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, Salesforce/CRM platforms, and CAD viewing software.
✔ Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to coordinate between sales, customers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
