THE ROLE
As a Customer Care Representative - CSR, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, answering calls and addressing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. You will follow a structured script to ensure that all customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will also handle any objections confidently, ensuring that each call results in a scheduled service appointment. Throughout your day, you will maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in managing customer appointments and delivering timely service.
THE REQUIREMENTS

- Strong listening and communication skills
- Confidence in handling objections and closing appointments
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
Preferred:
- Customer service or call center experience
- Familiarity with the electrical or home services industry
