Ballroom Dance Instructor

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Instructor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in athletics and/or dance , and possess the ability to educate and inspire adult students. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and personal growth through dance.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging dance curriculum tailored to adult singles and couples focusing on our curriculum.
• Educate students on the principles of movement, rhythm, and expression through dance.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and confidence.
• Organize and lead rehearsals for performances, ensuring all participants are well-prepared.
• Collaborate with other instructors to create a positive experience for all students.
• Maintain a safe and clean studio environment conducive to learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching methods and stay current with dance trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in athletics and/or dance.
• Ability to create an inclusive atmosphere that caters to the diverse needs of students.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
• Previous experience not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $38.00 per hour
