Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Construction Project Manager at Schilke Construction in Hillsborough, NJ. The Assistant Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Assist in all aspects of scheduling for jobs, such as traffic control, permits, and one-calls
- Prepare as-builts and tap cards
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, city and county officials, and clients
- Preparing bids and invoicing
- Manage safety training
Qualifications
- Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
