What are the responsibilities and job description for the Low Voltage Technician position at Schiller Architectural Hardware and Door Systems?
Schiller provides excellence in the commercial construction field of work, acting as a sub contractor working in 3 construction divisions; Division 8 (Doors Frames & Hardware), Division 10 (Specialties, Toilet Partitions), & Division 28 (Access Control, Video Surveillance Systems).
Schiller is looking for an Low Voltage Technician to take on the commercial construction field of work. Employee tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Report to job sites and preform install instructions requested by project managers.
-Provide access control, video surveillance & low voltage cabling installations .
-At times lift 50 lbs or more.
-install other miscellaneous materials.
- Follow installation instructions thoroughly .
- Communicate clearly with project managers
-Receptive to learn and be a team installer.
-At times need to take personal vehicle to scheduled jobsites
Schiller Low Voltage Technician is an entry level position but experience with tools/power tools is highly recommended.
