POSITION TITLE :
Senior Marketing Coordinator
POSITION REPORTS TO :
Director of Marketing

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support the Marketing Director in managing and deploying marketing plan and strategy.
- Monitor and analyze metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing companies.
- Develop social media and website digital posts, collaborating with third-party creative resources to create engaging digital content.
- Manage the day-to-day technical and administrative needs of the law firm's social media platforms and website.
- Assist with market research to better target potential clients for attorneys.
- Help organize marketing events, seminars, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Assist with video production and audio podcasting.
- Serve as the HubSpot CRM and Sales and Marketing Platform Administrator.
- Manage legal assistants' issues within HubSpot CRM and Sales and Marketing Platform
- Oversee the New Client Intake process within HubSpot CRM and the Sales and Marketing Platform.
- Manage Attorney Business Development Tracking in HubSpot CRM and Sales and Marketing Platform.
- Assist in managing department projects using Trello.
- Track and manage the Firm's Creative and Production Calendar in the HubSpot Sales and Marketing Platform.
- Organize and manage the SDF Digital Marketing Content SharePoint site.
- Assist with custom-developed marketing metrics and reporting for all stakeholders.
- Coordinate Marketing Vendor Meetings.
- Manage the Firm's Attorney Business Development Calendar.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Must have technical experience in HubSpot CRM and Sales and Marketing Platform, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Podcasting, Trello, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Video Production.
Strong written and graphic design skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills.
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :
Completion of a four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Minimum three to five years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
