What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Schiller Law Offices?
Personal Injury law firm is seeking to hire a Litigation Attorney to help with our firm's growing needs. Ideal candidates would possess organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have effective communication skills with regard to speaking with customers, businesses, and other staff members. We are a customer service-based firm, so client communication is important. Having 1-2 years of litigation experience is preferred. Proficient writing skills and document review skills are necessary for this position. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Indiana.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handle cases from complaint to trial
- Review litigation documents including: discovery, motions, complaint packets
- Attending court hearings around the state of Indiana
- Mediations & Deposition
- Legal Research
