We are looking to add a Marketing Manager to our growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate has experience with field marketing, experiential marketing, digital marketing or social media management and a degree in marketing. Marking agency experience and / or CPG or Bev-Alc experience is also a plus!
Job Summary :
The Marketing Manager will oversee a variety of marketing functions, including campaign project management, digital marketing efforts, and reporting, while ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging. This role supports creative initiatives, influencer collaborations, and team reporting while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about CPG marketing, and is excited to contribute to the growth and success of Schilling Cider and its portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities :
- Department Project Management
Manage campaigns from ideation to execution, including point-of-sale (POS) initiatives, samplings, merchandise, and coordination with partnerships, social, digital, and cross-functional teams.
Prepare and manage monthly marketing recap decks and related reporting.
Support ad hoc digital marketing efforts, including paid advertisements on platforms like Untapped.
Maintain brand standards across all creative outputs, ensuring a cohesive and consistent visual identity.

And while the glycol chiller that we run today couldn't even fit in that garage, the same spirit for making bold, flavor-forward ciders and always figuring out how to do it better lives on today.
