The ideal candidate has experience with field marketing, experiential marketing, digital marketing or social media management and a degree in marketing. Marking agency experience and / or CPG or Bev-Alc experience is also a plus!
Job Summary :
The Marketing Manager will oversee a variety of marketing functions, including campaign project management, digital marketing efforts, and reporting, while ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging. This role supports creative initiatives, influencer collaborations, and team reporting while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about CPG marketing, and is excited to contribute to the growth and success of Schilling Cider and its portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities :
- Department Project Management
Manage campaigns from ideation to execution, including point-of-sale (POS) initiatives, samplings, merchandise, and coordination with partnerships, social, digital, and cross-functional teams.
Prepare and manage monthly marketing recap decks and related reporting.
Support ad hoc digital marketing efforts, including paid advertisements on platforms like Untapped.
Maintain brand standards across all creative outputs, ensuring a cohesive and consistent visual identity.
Must be located in WA or OR.

And while the glycol chiller that we run today couldn't even fit in that garage, the same spirit for making bold, flavor-forward ciders and always figuring out how to do it better lives on today. Schilling Cider is the second largest cider producer in the US thanks to the team of people who work across the company. That growth has been enabled with the installation of a high-speed canning line capable of 1,200cpm. We're looking to add team members to help care for our equipment and improve processes. While it is no longer in a garage, the same culture and drive are there in what we do today and what we're laying the groundwork for tomorrow.
