Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in property management tasks, including tenant communications, lease coordination, and record-keeping.
- Dispatch maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors and service providers.
- Maintain records and files, both digital and physical in an organized manner.
- Support team members with administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction, real estate, or property management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
