Role Overview: The Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and inspire the team, and ensure the delivery of top-tier chiropractic services. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing business operations and leading teams to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices.
- Implement training programs to enhance team performance and patient care.
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Patient Experience Enhancement:
- Ensure exceptional patient service from initial contact through follow-up care.
- Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee billing, coding, and insurance claim processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, maintaining financial integrity.
- Prepare and manage the clinic's budget, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning and Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive clinic growth and patient retention.
- Analyze market trends and patient demographics to inform business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with CEO to enhance the clinic's visibility and reputation.
