Your Main Responsibilities
The SEC MOD Inside Sales Specialist supports Low Rise Modernization activity. The role works closely with Sales Representatives, Territory Modernization Managers, and the Product Line Team, and is responsible for proposal creation, submission, and supporting follow-up, and close-out; based either off leads provided by the Sales Representatives, or based off prospective target customer lists.
Developing and maintaining relationships with Sales Representatives and Territory Modernization Managers is a key driver to build trust and achieve success; as is developing a network with the Modernization Product Line team to share best practices and ambitions.

What You Bring
Drive the Hydraulic Elevator Modernizaiton Inside Sales Proposal Process
- Creation and submission of Low Rise Modernization proposals, based on Sales Representative leads and input, and prospective target customer lists
- Review all survey data to confirm product compatability and thoroughness of the data provided.
- For all survey requests that comply with the package specifications, create a Capital Plan or Proposal estimate and document.
- Deliver the Capital Plan/Propsal document and all related forms and marketing collateral to the sales team.
- Load all necessary documents into the approproiate share folder and create a new file folder when needed.
- Close interaction with Field Technicians, Sales Representatives, and other Field Operations personnel to establish trust and facilitate communication.
- Collaborate with Low Rise Efficiency Manager to establish and maintain agreed upon standard pricing and or hours for Hydraulic Package Proposals.
- Grow annual Proposal and Booking volume for Low Rise Modernizations
- Support updates to all logic changes in our commission plan from year to year.
- Outline the changes to the plan and validate in the Xactly System Sandbox to be sure it is calculating the commission payouts correctly.
- Load the FTP file into Xactly Incent Sandbox for us to validate all the different product codes and titles to be sure that they are calculating correctly.
- Push the incentive data from Incent to Obero.
- Communicate with the field organization the timeframe for incentive processing.
- Manage and respond to incentive requests and questions from the field organization.
- Complete all necessary admin and manager approvals, and enter any approved manual incentives in the system
- Run the cost file report and a payroll report to send to payroll for payments.
- Experience with Sales & Marketing activities
- Ability to focus on and prioritize work queues
- Good communications skills across varying audiences
- Technical knowledge desirable
- Good IT (SAP, Lotus Notes, and Excel) and business expertise.
- Proficient in English
- Bachelors degree
