Job Description

At Upcycle USA, we specialize in IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) solutions that ensure secure, compliant, and environmentally responsible management of end-of-life IT assets. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Account Manager to join our team and drive exceptional service for our clients.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in sales and customer service to enhance client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive outstanding service, addressing their needs, and managing the lifecycle of IT assets effectively. You will play a crucial role in fostering long-term partnerships and driving business growth through excellent client service and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their ITAD needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Account Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client accounts, including asset collection, data destruction and reporting, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to design and implement ITAD strategies that meet their specific goals such as data security, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance and provide detailed reports on asset disposition metrics, environmental impact and compliance, offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges related to asset disposition, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high service levels.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and work with clients to expand service offerings, driving increased value for both parties.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Account Management and Inside Sales
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM systems and asset management tools.
