Responsibilities
Project Manager Support - Assist Project Managers in tracking and managing project schedules, materials, and milestones.
External and Internal Coordination - Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure clarity and timeliness.
Shop drawing review - Help review shop drawings and submittals; route for approval as needed.
Document Management - Monitor and maintain documentation including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and punch lists.
Site and jobsite logistics - Schedule site meetings and assist with jobsite logistics.
Job updates - Prepare status updates and assist in job close-out documentation.
What we are looking for:

1-3 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or millwork environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Google Workspace proficiency; advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
A self-starter with the ability to multitask and pivot quickly.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related fieldBonus: Experience reading technical drawings or blueprints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
