Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including refrigeration, air conditioning, heating units, and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, providing effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Conduct inspections to ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently and safely.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent.
• Collaborate with the brewing and operations teams to ensure optimal environmental conditions for beer production and storage.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new HVAC systems and components as needed.
• Take on the repair and maintenance of other brewery equipment as needed, broadening your technical skills.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide emergency repair services during off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in HVAC systems is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with team members and vendors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• EPA certification is a plus.
