Office Secretary
Duties:
- Ordering machine parts
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to appropriate staff members
- Keep documentation in organized and orderly fashion
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with shipping and receiving paperwork
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience as a office clerk is preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
