Schlossberg, LLC, a Braintree based law firm, seeks to hire a legal assistant. This legal assistant will work closely with corporate team’s attorneys and paralegals and will support both the corporate team and the firm generally as needed. This is an in-office position at the firm’s Braintree office. Duties include:
- Prepare, mail, file, invoice and process payment for annual reports
- Prepare, mail, file, invoice, and process payments for annual minutes
- Prepare and file various corporate documents with state agencies
- Print, file, mail paper documents
- Maintain internal books tracking annual report and annual minutes processing
- Maintain electronic client files
- Attorney scheduling
- Phone support and general office duties
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle long-term assignments simultaneously with day-to-day projects
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively and efficiently
- Proficient typist
- Proficient-plus with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively and do “what needs to be done” to provide superior client service
