Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with cart services.
- Ensure that all carts are clean, organized, and readily available for guest use.
- Monitor the cart area to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests related to cart services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak times.
- Handle any guest concerns or conflicts with professionalism and courtesy.
- Participate in events management by setting up and breaking down cart-related activities as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities.
- Experience working with children is a plus, especially in a resort or event setting.
- Background in conflict management to effectively address guest concerns.
- Familiarity with food service operations can be beneficial.
- A passion for theater or events management is an added advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
