Schlouch Incorporated has been Eastern Pennsylvania’s leading commercial, public and residential site preparation specialist since 1983 and is still growing. Come join the team! We are looking for an experienced Asphalt Prep Foreperson to lead a prep crew on residential, commercial, public, and private jobsites located in a 75 mile radius of Reading, PA.
Key Skills
- Lead and manage an asphalt prep crew ahead of paving operations
- Manage safety, quality and productivity of crew
- Coordinate short / long term planning with crews and suppliers
- Continuously mentor and build skills of the crew
Requirements
- 2 years minimum experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Familiarity with OSHA safety
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Valid Driver’s License
- Familiarity with PennDOT specifications and regulations a plus
- NECEPT Certification a plus
