Minimum Requirements:

If you have 5 yearsof experience working in luxury custom home building and/or commercial building and a degree in construction management, this is an opportunity you need to explore! This is an in-person position requiring candidates to be local or willing to relocate.

Job Responsibilities:

* Ensuring the project is constructed as per design, budget, quality, and managing project performance, schedule, and critical path.

* Understanding client drivers and offering value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and/or schedule benefit.

* Developing and implementing the project safety plan, leading by example.

* Performing risk and opportunity-management, and forecasting.

* Preparing and/or verifying progress payments to clients and trade contractors and monitoring progress.

* Interfacing with the project team, client representative, consultants, and trade contractors.

* Negotiating and issuing subcontracts and major purchase orders and monitoring their progress and schedule.

* Understanding, communicating, and enforcing the contract/contract documents and resolving disputes.

* Assisting with site inspection by the design team for installation deficiencies and witnessing and signing off on systems commissioning.

* Identifying and managing risk and opportunities on construction projects.

* Other duties as required.
