The Assistant Director of Marketing is a strategic planner who will lead, implement, and maintain the key communication and marketing activities for the College of Business and Executive Education. This will include the management of the unit's media presence with its website, newsletters, social channels, emails, digital advertising, video content, and other formats.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience required.

Experience with CRM Systems.
Master's degree and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory and personnel management experience.

The Assistant Director of Marketing is a strategic planner who will lead, implement, and maintain the key communication and marketing activities for the College of Business and Executive Education. Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise the development and execution of organizational marketing and communication activities including, but not limited to - digital advertising, graphic design, video production, social media, podcast creation, and photography.
- Oversee the college's brand and messaging, ensuring it is consistent and used in a manner that is aligned with the mission and vision of the college and university.
- Bolster the recruitment efforts of the Executive Education department via a multi-pronged approach to digital marketing and advertising.
- Support a productive and collaborative work environment by developing systems for project management, effective team meetings, and organization-wide editing processes.
- Manage a staff and team who develop and implement integrated, efficient, and effective marketing and communications plans to help drive organizational strategy.
- Establish and monitor staff performance, accountabilities, objectives, and priorities and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Provide counsel and support to the dean, department chairs, faculty, and staff about communications/marketing goals and strategies aligning with respective unit and college goals.
- Provide counsel and support development of high-priority presentations, videos and other materials as needed by the dean of the college.
- Give oversight to faculty, staff, department, and assistants in website development through the college's Content Management System (CMS).
- Receive and review a variety of creative service requests from all units within the College of Business.
- Other duties as assigned.
