Job Description:
- Manage administrative tasks in a well-established machine shop on a part-time basis (minimum 2 days a week).
- Utilize accounting and bookkeeping experience to maintain financial records accurately across broader company (GL Maintenance)
- Support the smooth operation of the office by handling paperwork, data entry, and organizing files.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, appointments, and communicating with clients and vendors effectively.
- Optional: training to assist in quoting and estimating of jobs under GM supervision
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
