Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying fertilizers and herbicides, along with lawn care, and landscape management. This role involves applying various treatments to ensure the health and aesthetics of our clients' properties. The Applicator will work with a variety of tools and machinery, providing exceptional service while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Apply herbicides, and fertilizers according to established guidelines and safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Utilize hand tools for precise application of treatments in various landscapes.
- Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about services rendered and product benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, including types of products used and areas treated.
Requirements
- Applicators License : Wisconsin Issued
- Previous experience in operations of applications, landscape maintenance, or lawn care is preferred.
- Familiarity with the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to the role.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn about new products and techniques in the applicator field.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
