JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Minimum: High School graduate or equivalent
Preferred: Trade School graduate
EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Past construction or building maintenance experience, computer experience or trainable.
Preferred: 2 or more years of facilities or building systems maintenance experience.
SUMMARY
This position is assigned a wide variety of general building maintenance work, including but not limited to changing bulbs, patching walls, painting, mounting wall protection, floor & ceiling repairs.
