The role of the Audit Specialist who is dedicated to Capital Asset Planning, works to ensure a positive experience for the client by developing and managing our deliverables associated with Capital Asset Planning. In this role you will perform the data collection and auditing required in executing the ongoing service associated with Capital Asset Planning for each client. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the deliverable and resolving various quality concerns along the way.

Maintaining the accuracy of your Capital Asset portfolio couldn’t be easier. During the detailed audit phase of Capital Asset Planning, our Schneider Electric team can place QR codes on collected assets to
streamline the future flow of ongoing maintenance data or asset replacement. Information submitted through our QR codes is verified for quality and integrity by our team of experts to ensure the reliability of asset data when making critical budget decisions. This constant flow of information enables your Capital Asset portfolio to grow and evolve as your buildings do and can be a critical variable for improving preventative maintenance strategies.

 

Position responsibilities:
• Responsible in becoming the Subject Matter Expert of Capital Asset Planning
• Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of Data Collection and Auditing deliverables
• Responsible in verifying the performance and sustained operation of Capital Asset Planning
• Responsible for assisting clients in issue resolution
• Responsible for understanding the clients’ specific needs associated with Capital Asset Planning
• Responsible for task management creation and execution through Asana process flows
• Responsible for identifying operational improvements in executing Capital Asset Planning
• Work closely with other client representatives to generate a successful deliverable

Essential skills and qualifications:
• Associate Degree or Technical Degree preferred, preferably with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in service industry with direct customer-interface experience either in sales or client relationship, or
equivalent experience
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proficient using task management programs or knowledge with Asana
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service internally and externally
• Effective working in team environment

When performing job site visits the employee will encounter moving over rough or uneven surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of
moderately heavy to light items. Transporting of items such as laptop computers, tools, ladders and other heavy equipment; driving an automobile, etc.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the primary duties of this job. Reasonable

environment. During periods of project site visits, the employee will be exposed to outside weather conditions as well as mechanical equipment rooms which could consist of confined spaces and loud
noises. Employee may work in different environments while on various job sites. This job will require approximately 50-70% travel to project sites. Travel will occur using an automobile or by airplane to
destinations.
