Schneider Electric is hiring for a Customer Care Advocate in Columbia, MO. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and enhance our customer experience. As a Customer Care Advocate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the support and service they deserve.
What Will You Do?
- Act as a Customer Service Advocate to ensure KPIs are met daily and provide support as the first point of escalation for our customers.
- Drive the correct issue resolution process and ensure proper escalation to upper management as needed.
- Manage customer information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify opportunities to serve customers while addressing their support requests.
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Maintain and develop skills related to new product technologies and applications, proactively proposing solutions to enhance daily tasks.
- Promote and demonstrate digital tools to customers to improve their experience.
- Fully complete and accurately categorize case details in the system (using BFO).
- Lead and support customer visits when required to ensure the best onsite experience.
Who will you report to? Supply Chain Planning Manager.
