Industrial Quality Expert for Efficient Manufacturing

Schneider Electric Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled professional to oversee quality protocols and drive process improvements.

Job Overview:

The selected candidate will analyze validation test data, identify root causes of production problems, and implement corrective actions to meet internal and external purity, safety, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement quality protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Perform risk analysis for non-conforming products or quality issues and develop strategies for resolution
• Collaborate with factories to resolve and prevent quality issues using 8D and Lean 6 sigma methodologies
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Failure Rate (FFR), Supplier Quality Index (SQI), and Backlog
• Regularly report KPIs to corporate and local teams to inform business decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in quality engineering, quality management, or related occupation
• Proven ability to manage quality processes in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Knowledge of quality auditing standards and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
