What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Training Supervisor position at Schneider Electric?
- Consulting with managers and supervisors, developing and implementing training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identifying training needs through assessment and performance reviews.
- Collaborating with department managers to determine training priorities and goals.
- Planning and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and activities.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed.
- Supervising and supporting training staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Managing training budgets and resources efficiently.
- Maintaining training records and preparing reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to assess training needs and create effective learning solutions.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and training evaluation methods.
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
