Offer Creation Manager

Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks an Offer Creation Manager in Andover, MA.

Job Description: Drive the main activities of the “Innovation phase” of the Offer Creation Process for Industrial Automation Services by: Developing ambitious new services value propositions by deeply understanding customer needs and developing new capabilities, offers, and value propositions to mockup and test with the customer before scale-up by the offer development team. Exploring new technologies and potential markets. Validating new customer values and discovering unmet needs. Incubating, validating, and experimenting with the most promising offer concepts. Driving and contributing to innovation campaigns and hackathons. Leveraging digitization and the complete full Ecostruxure story with some additional disruptive services across the whole industrial product portfolio, such as Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Motion control products. Eligible for remote work up to 2 days per week.

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering (any), or related field with 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in industrial automation, application engineering, instructional design, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Designing products in modern automation and control systems; Performing research and development to develop dedicated customer solutions; and Industrial automation products and industry, including industrial ethernet protocols, system architecture, machine learning, automation control, industrial software, and Human Machine Interface.
