We are seeking proactive and skilled Organizational Development Specialists to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) team. In this dynamic role, you will take ownership of organizational design and change management initiatives from conception to implementation. You'll be assigned to various projects across different parts of the business, driving transformative change and optimizing organizational structures.

 

As an Organizational Development Specialist, you will lead key initiatives, providing expert guidance on organizational design, change management, and culture development to leaders and HRBPs across Schneider Electric.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Design:
    • Lead end-to-end organizational design projects for various business units.
    • Analyze current structures, identify improvement areas, and develop optimized organizational models.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business needs and translate them into effective organizational structures.
    • Implement and monitor the effectiveness of new organizational designs.
  • Change Management:
    • Spearhead change management initiatives across different parts of the business.
    • Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
    • Guide leaders through the change process, providing tools, frameworks, and coaching to effectively manage transitions.
    • Measure and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, adjusting approaches as needed.
  • Organizational Development & Team Effectiveness:
    • Design and implement tailored OD interventions to enhance team performance and effectiveness.
    • Facilitate workshops and conduct coaching sessions to boost leadership capabilities and organizational alignment.
    • Assess organizational needs and recommend evidence-based solutions to address performance gaps.
  • Culture Development:
    • Drive initiatives to foster a high-performance culture aligned with Schneider Electric's values.
    • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to promote continuous improvement and innovation.

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) match, well-being and recognition (including
service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits. Candidate Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading organizational design and change management projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities and experience working in agile environments.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
