Position Summary

• Responsible of the monthly closing and quarterly forecast (RF), provides analysis and reporting on R&D CashOut
• Andover is a major R&D Site in Industrial Automation BU ($20M CashOut spent) and is responsible of the Costs Control for the Hierarchical costs
• Drives the I&T portfolio projects with the project manager officer. Leader of processes and tools related to the monitoring and control of the R&D CashOut

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for analytical accounting and monthly closing with all related tasks (re-invoicing, accruals, challenge hours declared, follow up purchase orders, submit and follow accruals, drive the labor rate calculation) of several departments (e.g. R&D)
• Responsible for CashOut consolidation and controlling of hierarchical cost for some I&T managers, prepare the rolling forecast, analysis vs actual
• Produce and supply managerial reporting and analysis for Finance BP and other stakeholders (I&T managers), using a consistent and homogeneous methodology and standardized processes (e.g. CashOut consolidation, cost evolution)
• Drive R&D portfolio for I&T projects, provide analysis, ensure the consistency between R&D Target cash out vs R&D portfolio, participate in regular project meetings (PSC..)
• Track Tax credit and government funding projects supporting
• Use adequate tools for monitoring and controlling of the CashOut (like e-Cube, TimeTracking, Cost Code Workflow Tool, SAP FICO...)
• Participation to transversal activities and actions for the Finance community to improve processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree business administration / finance or vocational training with additional qualification and several years relevant professional experience
• At least 3 years experiences with analytical and/or general accounting
• English fluent written and spoken
