Sales Area Manager Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Area Manager to lead our high-performance sales team within the Schneider Electric/Square D National Sales Force. This is an exciting opportunity to drive profitable growth, develop strategic plans, and build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead High-Performance Sales Team: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, pursue key prospects, and negotiate favorable terms of sale.
- Market Analysis and Planning: Define markets, assess market potential, and create sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Customer and Channel Partner Engagement: Partner with customers and channel partners to plan strategies, provide quality service, train customers, and support their goals and objectives.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Formulate, communicate, implement, and evaluate strategic and tactical sales plans to ensure successful execution.
- Candidate Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in sales, marketing, and product management
- Relevant work experience and/or established networks in the Electrical Industry
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel (25% ) as needed
