About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Supply Chain team. As a Material Cost Optimization Lead, you will be responsible for leading projects aimed at reducing direct material costs, improving supply chain efficiency, and enhancing our overall competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: You will lead a portfolio of cost reduction initiatives, developing and executing strategies to drive material cost savings.
- Sustainability Ambition: Your role will contribute to turning our sustainability ambitions into actions, ensuring that our operations are more resilient, efficient, and sustainable.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and manufacturing, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager within Supply Chain or Materials of raw goods
- Previous experience in Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain areas
- Proactive, dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented with a passion for achieving results through influence and strong communication skills
- Ability to seek solutions beyond personal frame of reference
