What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Coordinator - Multiple Shifts position at Schneider Electric?
What will you do?
- You will become our in-house expert on internal Schneider Electric required trainings. This will include onboarding new associates, scheduling, moderating, and tracking training while meeting quarterly and annual training metrics. This position will identify training gaps and ensure gaps are addressed while tracking the e-versality (flexibility) of our employees.
Openings: (Please specify which shift you are interested in when applying)
- A Shift (Mon-Thu): 5:00am-3:30pm
- B Shift (Mon-Thu): 3:15pm-1:45am
- C Shift (Fri-Sun): 5:00am-5:30pm
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Communication skills,
- Knowledge of computer software and programs.
- Ability to lead groups during training on onboarding.
- Must be self-directed and take initiative to ensure metrics are met.
- High level of energy and professionalism
- Extremely detail oriented
- Highly organized with strong follow through skills to ensure timely response.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
- High School Diploma (Required)
Experience:
- Training: 1 year (Required)
