Job Overview:
Schneider is seeking a Client Service and Operations Manager in Phoenix to develop and grow the footprint with one of Schneider's customers. The Client Service and Operations Manager will be located on-site at the Phoenix Operating Center and will lead a team that is accountable for the execution of the customer's business strategy and overall growth of the business.
Responsibilities:
Seek opportunities to expand the customer account
Responsible for the account management and overall customer experience, which includes service, engagement, responsiveness, ease of doing business and value add
Develop and execute a strategic plan for both Schneider and the customer
Develop an understanding of the customer’s supply chain in order to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities that would provide value to the customer
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or minimum of four years of relevant work experience
Have strong written and oral communication skills
Have a desire for innovation
Able to set a clear direction for associates
Can leverage the ideas of a variety of perspectives
