The Sales Specialist will grow existing accounts by providing holistic service management, implementing strategic initiatives, conducting business reviews and solving billing issues.
Responsibilities :
- Quote and negotiate prices for transportation services with customers.
- Provide excellent support and innovative solutions to meet the needs of customers.
- Hold regular business and service reviews and identify areas of opportunity.
- Manage daily load activities.
- Establish and adjust daily load targets within a geographic area.
- Monitor load fulfillment and develop actions to ensure variances are addressed.
- Update internal stakeholders on the performance of accounts.
