Job overview:
Schneider is seeking a Safety Analyst in Port Allen, LA to fulfill the many demands of a dedicated account and be a hands-on steward of safety. This leader would perform multiple tasks from analyzing trends, data reporting, coaching drivers through performance improvement, and conducting training with drivers. This will require that they would be both a leader and driver trainer certified.
Responsibilities:
- Leads and conducts dedicated onboarding training for new drivers to account.
- Reviews each accident and injury on the account and do an accident or injury analysis with a recommended action plan.
- Weekly reporting of account trends and meet with the account leadership group to review and provide suggested actions for improvement and recognition.
- Responsible for working directly with the curriculum development team to design advanced training modules.
Qualifications:

- High School/GED or equivalent work experience
- Two plus years Prior Driver Trainer Experience
- Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards
- Demonstrates excellent performance as Driver Trainer.
