As an Operations Manager - Turnaround Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of turnaround projects from inception to completion. This includes working with clients to create effective manpower staffing histograms and ensuring that all field operations are operating in a safe, effective, and proficient manner. You will also be responsible for coordinating with foremen to move personnel from one area of the field to another as needed, and overseeing all project timekeeping and cost tracking requirements.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in the petrochemical or refining industry, managing services on turnarounds, and prior experience in a management position. They will also be capable of working in the field and must be able to travel extensively throughout the US.
