Summary And Purpose
- Increase Aftermarket Business through effective retrofit and modification sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Partner with Key accounts to cultivate relationships ensuring they are satisfied and long-term recurring customers.
- Partner with the Applications Engineering Team to Quote Upgrades and Modifications across Pacteon.
- Deepen the understanding of products, customers, goals, organization, and business strategies, evaluating systems and processes, and identifying solutions to customer pain points.
- Meets Pacteon's quality standards while maintaining working knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices.
- Provide customers with price quotations for Upgrades and Modifications.
- Maintain database of Upgrades and Modifications in the CRM System (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Partner with Regional Sales Engineers with lead generation for new machine opportunities and Modifications.
- Lead for all legacy ITW Hartness accounts to foster relationships with Pacteon.
- Train Field Staff on ITW Hartness equipment.
- Obsolescence support for ITW Hartness legacy equipment.
- Provide monthly reporting on tracking and documenting key sales metrics such as leads generated, opportunities progressed, closed deals, sales revenue, customer information, activity logs, and providing regular updates on sales performance through reports to Management. Will include weekly, monthly, and quarterly summaries, to help inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Build professional skills through continued training, education, and networking events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Travel 25 - 50% (1 to 2 weeks per month).
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience:
- 15 years of experience in a design-build manufacturing company.
- Mechanical Engineering experience preferred.
- Aftermarket Sales experience preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings required.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications required.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
