SUMMARY AND PURPOSE

  • Increase Aftermarket Business through effective retrofit and rebuild sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify Key accounts to build and maintain relationships to ensure they are satisfied and become long-term customers.
  • Primary Sales Lead for Service Contracts.
  • Deepen the understanding of products, customers, goals, organization, and business strategies, evaluating systems and processes, and identifying solutions to customer pain points.
  • Obsolescence support
  • Provide monthly reporting on tracking and documenting key sales metrics such as leads generated, opportunities progressed, closed deals, sales revenue, customer information, activity logs, and providing regular updates on sales performance through reports to Management. Will include weekly, monthly, and quarterly summaries, to help inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Legacy machine support
  • Meets Pacteon's quality standards while maintaining working knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide customers with price quotations for Retrofits and Rebuilds, inclusive of Services and Service Contracts.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Engineers with lead generation for new machine opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Engineering on parts sales generated in association with new equipment sales and existing Pacteon machines in the field.
  • Build professional skills through continued training, education, and networking events.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Travel up to 50%.
  • PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education :
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Experience :
  • 10 years of experience in a design-build manufacturing company with at least 5 years in Sales.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Skills :
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications required.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is helpful.
