Warehouse Supervisor

Schneider Tire Outlet is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for our 2nd shift team.

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Manage personnel, by determining staffing levels, assigning teams and providing direction to ensure task completion in adherence to established procedures.
• Manage the picking and staging of orders for scheduled deliveries, coordinating with the prior or incoming shift as necessary.
• Receive and process the overnight transfer truck, resolving any shortages and initiating any corrective action.
• Assign trucks for transfer deliveries, maintaining an accurate load weight.
• Manage inventory and the ongoing organization of product to account for new items and seasonal items, restocking as necessary.
• Identify areas of improvement and adjust existing work procedures and practices or establish new procedures to address deficiencies.
• Train new employees on the policies and procedures of the company, with continued performance monitoring.
• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports to achieve enhanced performance.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate level of support and / or leadership when necessary.
• Create bi-weekly schedules for employees, while tracking hours worked and attendance infractions.
• Maintain accuracy on employee’s timecards for payroll processing.
• Work cross-functionally to meet the needs of internal departments.
• Motivate, engage and discipline warehouse employees.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
