Requirements to join our team:

Starting job duties:

Learn our proprietary CRM system

Help us build and move to the next CRM based on the current system

Fix phone system - well, be able to change it as needed

Help those technically challenged with their iPads and phones, some of us are old

Trouble shoot printers and local network stuff

Be able to update apple desk top computers

Your job will be to remove barriers for others so they can get the job done

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access across company platforms.
• Maintain and improve IT systems, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Implement and support automation solutions using Knack, Make, and other integration tools.
• Monitor and maintain company devices and software, ensuring security and efficiency.
• Assist with data management and reporting, helping departments access the information they need.
• Collaborate with leadership to align IT solutions with business goals and ensure a smooth technology experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
