Schneider is seeking a Recruiting Intern in Green Bay to support Schneider's Driver Recruiting team. The Recruiting Intern will assist with the day-to-day tasks associated with interviewing and hiring drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, chats and text messages from driver candidates.
- Provide superior customer service to driver candidates and other departments.
- Schedule interviews for driver recruiters.
- Assist driver recruiters with their day-to-day tasks.

Skills and qualifications:
- Currently enrolled at a college or university.
- Working toward an associate, technical or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or logistics.
- Able to work full-time over the summer.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
