Schneiderman's Furniture is searching for an engaging, quick, and detail focused individual to join our administrative team, who is looking for an opportunity to learn and grow with our organization. In this role you will help support seven showroom locations by creating, maintaining and managing multiple vendor accounts. Your role will entail communication with our vendors along with our teams at each location in a timely manner. This position will be a combination of remote work and required office days at our Administrative Office in Meadowlands, Minnesota. We pride ourselves on the ability to create reliable and impactful relationships with our guests and our teams.
In this role you will:
- Keep account information up-to-date from our vendor and logistic partners
- Communicate with all levels of the organization in a timely manner
- Be a reliable and resourceful expert in your categories
- Monitor account communication and address concerns immediately
- Invoice and maintain all incoming vendor transactions
What we need from you:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep on top of meticulous records through multiple sources
- Problem solving skills though identifying and addressing concerns in the moment
- Excel - working knowledge
- Solid team building communication skills
