Responsibilities
- Perform night audit functions, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming guests, checking them in and out, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure the front desk is staffed at all times during the night shift, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
- Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property during overnight hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest relations is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous.
