Location : 5067 S Wadsworth Blvd, Littleton, CO 80123
Employment Type : Full Time, including Saturday shift
Position Type : Hourly
Pay Starting at : $18.81 - $19.00

Responsibilities :
This position will process car financing deals, including preparing and sending documents to lenders for funding. This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
- Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
- Submit credit applications.
- Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
- Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
- Send / scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
- Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
