Auto Body Shop Office Assistant

Responsibilities - Auto Body Shop Office Assistant:
Perform administrative/clerical tasks to support the collision shop's daily operations- Answer the phone, greet customers, schedule vehicle delivery and pick-up, keep customers informed about changes
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, invoices, and customer information
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Close repair orders
- Work with insurance adjusters and our in-house estimators
- Assist customers with rental vehicles
- Update calls daily
- Maintain positive relationships with partners and vendors
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications - Auto Body Shop Office Assistant:
Collision Center or Auto Dealership Office Admin experience is preferred- Good communication, customer service, and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Pays attention to details
- A good work ethic and positive attitude
